Just what I was looking for

This Super B12 Complex with 1000 mg was just what I have been searching for in a supplement. I find that I need B12 supplement to help me fight fatigue in a big way. It has always given me an extra boost of energy that I love. This version by igennus is a sublingual version which means that you place the tablet under your tongue and let it dissolve completely. This allows for the b12 to dissolve in the saliva and then the mixture gets absorbed through the tissues under the tongue. This then causes the b12 to enter the bloodstream bypassing the stomach, intestines and liver. I have had gastrointestinal issues with other forms of b12 so I have been searching for a sublingual version that I like. I know that the b12 can be compromised in the gut too so having the sublingual version just makes sense. This one comes in a strawberry flavor which is really very pleasant. You really do need to like the flavor because it does sit under your tongue which intensifies the flavor compared to a tablet that you just swallow. The other thing I forgot to mention is that this version is a complex of methyl cobalamin, adenosyl cobalamin and hydroxo cobalamin. All of these in total are 1000 mcg. There is 333 mcg of each variety. Another great feature which I was absolutely looking for is that it is sugar free. It is sweetened with a combination of mannitol and stevia. As if this is not enough great features the supplement is also non-Gmo, has no artificial colors or flavors and is vegan. I am confident you won't be disappointed if you try it!

Effective. Small tabs.

These tabs are effective. They wake me up, relieve joint soreness, and are easy to swallow. Serving size is one tablet. If I think I need it for joint soreness, I'll take two and it works. These are sublingual tablets (under the tongue). They get into the bloodstream quicker than the capsules that have to be swallowed. This is a good brand.
