Thank you for purchasing a Nite Ize product - we hope you love it. Please know that we stand behind our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry, we've got you covered - simply give us a call for a repair, replacement, or exchange. Although we strive to use the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, some products will eventually wear out.
If you have any Nite Ize product that has stopped performing before its reasonable lifetime (not due to misuse or neglect), please give us a call and we promise to make it right. For our high-performance Inova line of flashlights, certain components (LEDs, rechargeable batteries, and switches) we will gladly replace for the first two years, and the rest of the flashlight is covered for life.
