I love this supplement, having severe depression for a number of years. I took it for about 2 weeks before it began to take effect. i call Swansons St John's Wort, my happy pills! i also love the lack of side effects, so common in prescription antidepressants. But one thing to note, when using this, stay out of the sun, as it will increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. I'm very pleased with this product.

I suffer from severe depression, and are cautious, about pharmaceutical anti depressants, so I decided to try this. After 3 weeks, of taking it, I had significant improvement! I now call these my happy pills!😊
