It's it's easy to take just hold it in your mouth and let it dissolve hopefully there's some good I guess I haven't seen anything physically better about my health or anything but maybe that's coming

Great tasting chewable!
I really like the zinc & c with elderberry and echinacea. Having a good tasting chewable really makes keeping my immune system supported much more pleasant than taking a handful of tablets.
