One of the key ingredients in Jasmine Green Tea is polyphenol catechins, which have antioxidant properties. Antioxidants combat free radicals which can cause cell damage. Recent scientific research has investigated green tea’s benefits in maintaining cardiovascular health, strong immunity, and proper cellular tissue growth. Typically, a cup of organic green tea contains on average about 20 mg of caffeine. Prince of Peace offers a complete line of teas.
