I was not warned that I was responsible for getting the very heavy packages inside my house. It was snowy so I was grateful that my daughter and grandson were there to help. One of the packages was damaged. Pictures were sent to you and I was told I would receive a 20% reduction on that package. I wrote back but have not heard anything or received any refund. That is troubling. This was to my seasonal home so i have not had a chance to open all the packages or put anything together. I hope to hear about my refund soon. Thank you
