I love that these are vegan friendly! I am a business owner and a student, so I have a busy schedule... and these are the perfect quick lunch or snack. I really like the fact that they have a lot of protein, which helps to keep me energized and satiated throughout the day. They're affordable, tasty, not too salty, and I looove the texture of the noodles.

This is such a good ramen! Good chewy noodles, tasty broth, just the right savory balance (not too salty), and the protein to calorie ratio is great. The only problem is their supply chain. They can't keep them in stock, so it's impossible to find for months at a time except from price gouging third-party hoarders. But when it's in stock, this is my go-to ramen! The chicken is just as good. I just happen to be partial to the beef flavor.
