Bed arrived on time, it comes in two separate boxes. They are heavy, we needed two people to carry them inside. Assembly is intense, it says on the box it takes 3 people and they really mean it, this would be impossible to assemble on your own and very difficult with two people. Looks beautiful once put together, you definitely need to anchor it to the wall right away or it can tip over even just from opening it. We did discover an incorrect part when assembling it, but reached out to the manufacture and they were quick to respond, they just sent a second additional box so we had the part needed for replacement and then some. Fits our queen mattress great, once anchored it is easy to open to put down and to put back up, you can do that just one person. The desk feature works great too, you could fit most standard size laptops on it and I'm 5'7 and had plenty of space under the desk to scoot under without my knees hitting the back. Probably not ideal for a full time work from home job, but as a secondary work space it is great to have the desk feature.
