My physical therapist uses this brand
I'm fairly active and have played a bunch of sports, mostly volleyball and running. I still like to work out but my knees get sore & swell and I'm usually sore for a few days after. I thought it was just a part of getting older and just dealt with it. Then a friend introduced me to kinesiology tape. I got a roll and was skeptical but so glad I got around to trying it. (Btw, the videos on youtube are easy to follow.) The first time I did try it I noticed my knees felt great. While working out, it felt much better and it kept the swelling down. And after I didn't experience the same soreness. This stuff works. I usually keep it on for a few days. (I love how it feels after a shower.) This tape is a few dollars less. I ordered it online and picked it up a few days later at my local Walmart and saved on shipping. With tape, not all brands are the same. I also noticed this is the brand my physical therapist uses. Highly recommend!

Best tape I've used so far!
Hello! This is the best tape I've ever used. I've tried several brands and this one is the clear winner for me. Some don't stay on after a workout and another brand is a bit too harsh on the skin. I've actually did my research. This brand of tape stayed for the my workout on and when it was time to remove it, it was easy. I have kept it on for days and it will stay on after a few showers. I used it mostly for my shoulder and love how it feels. I do type a lot and it helps when my wrist hurts. Love it and I've told all my friends. I always keep a roll at home. Thanks!
