Quality kineseo tape at a great price!
I've used different brands of kineseo and this is the best quality at the best price. The adhesive sticks on well and it's not too harsh on my skin. I tape my knees regularly when I play sports and it really makes a big difference on my knees. They feel supported and keeps the swelling down. At first I was a bit intimidated by kineseo tape since physical therapists say they have some special training for taping, but after trying it a few times it's a pretty easy. (Yeah, the youtube videos did help.) I've been using kineseo tape for a while and I think I've found a winner. I did try kt tape but found that it didn't stick that well. Rock tape is a bit harsh on my skin. And what makes things better is the price. I love this stuff. Thanks!!!

Not the best tape
Tape is OK. Not as good as others I've used. It is not waterproof so it doesn't last. I needed it for my wrist and washing my hands many times per day, it gets wet and has to be changed. Also, when removing it, it leaves a residue on skin.
