It glides on so smooth and has a hint of shimmer that's perfect to compliment any look!the smudger on the opposite end more than does it's job to create a flawless look! (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) First off, I'm terrible at applying eyeliner, I always make a mess of it. I noticed the COVERGIRL Katy Kat Eyeliner doesn't smudge around as much as my normal eyeliner does. The sparkles in the eyeliner are a nice touch and aren't overbearing either! Lasted for my full 9 hour shift at work without any smudging or running! I was surprised when I got home to not see those black bags under my eyes! I received this product for FREE to test out and I am so thankful I did! Overall I am very very happy with this eyeliner!

I use this product whenever I am creating a dramatic bold look! You can purchase this product at your local drug store at a great price. I would recommend this eyeliner for sure!
