Unlike other topical pain medications, Mobisyl does not burn or smell. Apply Mobisyl to aching muscles or take a hot bath or shower, then rub to head off arthritis pain. Trolamine salicylate is used to treat minor aches and pains of the muscles/joints (such as arthritis, backache and sprains). It belongs to a class of drugs known as salicylates.
