Nice racket, terrible packaging

Racket works fine, but the packaging is a problem. It takes longer to get the product out of the packaging without damaging it.....than it does to do the job with the tool. Needs to be easier for the consumer to open & use. Very poor design & planning on the packaging. Will not purchase this tool again, will go with another brand that is easier to open & use.
