P65warning: Cancer and reproductive harm warning. There's a plastic material coating the inside of this basket, which the p65 warning relates to. Otherwise it's as stated in the products description. The basket is collapsible. The outside is cotton/canvas and so are the handles. The inside is coated with a smooth plastic similar to "31 bags". I expect the interior plastic coating will break down and start to flake off after ten to twenty uses. I've seen that happen with other similar bags. I'm biased because I've had cancer and am weary of carcinogens when it comes to laundry which is worn all day. I purchased this product while looking for a non-plastic laundry container because I'm sick of the plastic breaking and hoped cotton/canvas would be an alternative to plastic and also be washable.
