These Vitafusion Melatonin Gummies are fine—definitely a tasty way to wind down, but I wouldn't call them a miracle worker. They help, but I don't find them as effective as other brands I've tried. If you're just looking for a mild sleep aid with a pleasant taste, these will do the trick. They're easy to chew, and the flavor is great, but if you're after something that'll knock you out cold, you might want to look elsewhere. Still, for the price and convenience, they're perfectly fine for a light sleep boost.
