Sleep through the night

I use to wake up multiple times in the middle of the night to pee and now I sleep through the night and when I wake in the morning I'm not drowsy like when taking other sleep aids. I also would have vivid dreams while taking other sleep aids and I don't have that issue with sleeping beauty. I can tell if I don't take it that I don't get good sleep.
