Fits well

I was worried about the neck tightness as some reviews stated but not an issue for us (5 month old, 14 lbs). The jacket fits well, the neck is snug but safe, and I can comfortably hold my daughter on my lap with the vest on. The neck is non adjustable and snug but that prevents baby head from slipping through. God forbid I need in an emergency but this will work well I believe.

I bought these for me grandkids and they fit great. Great for kids under 30 pounds. We don't have to worry about it slipping up to high on the kids. It's best to have the right fit then having them in something that's to big on them.
