My friend had the cordless version of this vacuum and it was perfect for her 900sf apartment which has all wood floors. She has 2 dogs, a cat and a baby and this vacuum is sufficient for her so I knew it'd be perfect for my home. She got it for $30 a few years ago but I couldn't find the cordless anywhere at that cost. So when I found this version with the cord at $30 I was thrilled. It is lightweight yet powerful! And it's so easy. It is as loud as a full size vacuum which I didn't expect but no big deal. For the cost, this vacuum is perfect!

This is a great item!! I had one before this too but this one seems to have better suction and picks up even better! I use it mainly for cleaning up around the cat box, and this is the only thing I've found that actually picks up the litter and doesn't just throw out the back, etc. (other that using a broom & dustpan).
