We wanted a big cozy blanket to put on top of our weighted blankets and under our quilt topper for more warmth. I love the color of this, the weight, and size is awesome. The pillow cases would look pretty tacky if you used them all at once. Actually the pillow cases would look tacky no matter what, but I gave them to my sons and they like them, so not wasted.
