I drank this supplement, as directed for the 5 days before & 5 days after my recent hip replacement. (My first hip replacement was 6 years ago.) My first replacement went very well; this replacement went even better. I was discharged from the hospital the day after my surgery and was pain-free within 4 days. I was walking with just a cane within the week & able to use my stairs within days. My wound has healed very quickly & the bruising was gone within 10 days. I am a Registered Dietitian & am very familiar with this product & the research; I decided to try it as part of my recovery. I enjoyed the taste, to me it tasted like cake batter (which I love) & I was able to drink the 3 servings daily without issues. I highly recommend this product for anyone going through surgery, & have for friends with upcoming surgeries.
