Use as directed to avoid possible injury. Caution: Misuse can cause severe burns. Test temperature by applying the portable reusable hot/cold pad to sensitive skin, such as the underside of the wrist. If too hot, remove the portable reusable hot/cold pad; let it cool for a few minutes, and retest. Pay special attention when using the portable reusable hot/cold pad for infants, young children and older persons whose skin may be more sensitive to temperature extremes. Persons with diabetes, circulatory problems, nerve damage, paralysis or sensitive skin should use only as directed by physician. Consult your doctor before treating any serious injury or when pain persists. Do not use in conjunction with liniments, balms or lotions.

Relief from pain
BEST ice wraps- they come with a protective cover so you don't have to wrap a towel around the pack before it touches your skin, the velcro wrap keeps the ice pack secure and in place, and the pack stays cold for you to use it for 2 injuries before having to refreeze it! How do I know this? because I am an orthopaedic mess and these ice packs have been a life saver for me. BUY!!!

Smart Temp Reusable Hot/Cold Wraps
Love these reusable hot/cold wraps. They come with a washable removable cloth covering with a velcro strap to secure it around your knees, elbows, ankles, etc. I store mine in my freezer so they are always readily available for an occasional injury or discomfort that may occur when my husband golfs or overuses a particular joint at work. Highly recommend purchasing these!
