I really like this style of elbow strap for tendinitis. Two features make this great. First, it's a one-size-fits-all, which is great, as the sizing for other branded straps was never accurate. Second, the dial allows you to customize the pressure on the tending area, so that when the muscle contracts it pulls on the pressure bar in the strap, not in your damaged tending (from tendinitis). 10 out of 10 rating.

I have used a variety of straps for this issue for over 30 years, and this strap is the most effective strap on the market. Needs to be used correctly, with the bar directly on the tendon that it is protecting. Not too tight...not too loose. Takes some finessing to get it just right for each person. Great product! Thank you!
