Wish more company's had this kind of service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few months ago I bought a additional Braun CC shaver but unfortunately the clean side of it stopped working which was a shock considering my previous one which I have had for probably 4 years is still going strong. I called the customer services on the Wednesday got a shipping email and sent it back that day. I received a text message Thursday morning saying they had received it and a few hours later saying that there was unfortunately a fault and that a new shaver was being dispatched to me. On the Friday not only did I get a new shaver complete with a new cleaning docking station but I got a upgrade to the Braun 3090cc. I wish other company's would take note of this kind of customer experience as they kept me informed and the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable on the product and I felt looked after from start to finish. Fantastic customer service and experience. I don't usually write a comment but felt I must on this one. Also I bought a shaver for my son who has just started to shave so I am happy that his first shave was with Braun. I myself shave my head two and totally love this product. Also for many years suffered from ingrown hairs on my face and the Braun shaver has really helped in sorting this out i feel. Thanks again Braun for this wonderful shaver and great experience.

Braun Series 3 is an excellent product

The "Braun Series 3 Electric Shaver with Clean Charge Station, Model 3050cc," provides a close shave, a complete shaving solution and durable construction into a complete shaving package--and affordably so. The shave is close, and the cleaning solution is clever, durable, workable and self-directed. This type of quality and durability in a total shaving solution one would expect to cost well over $100. Do your due diligence in reading product reviews and comparing features; but I doubt that you will find a superior--or even comparable--product of this quality and completeness at this price point. The unit also includes a beard/mustache trimmer and sideburns tidy-up electric tool on the reverse side. This unit provides a closer shave, for me, that the typical "three floating heads" technology that I had used for so long. Yes, the cleaning fluid does need replacing after a few dozen shaves, but this is a long-lasting, high-quality shaving solution.
