This was supposed to be one each red and blue umbrella. I only received the blue umbrella. Also I think I want to return this item. How would I do that?

piece of horrible crap

cheapest made thing I have ever seen--has broken in shaft area after 1 month --clamp broke when I was trying to bend the umbrella and YES I was bending wher ther flex part is--DONT WASTE your money and then cant return it to WALMART!!!!
