Amy's Frozen Meals, Chinese Noodles & Veggies in a Cashew Cream Sauce, Microwave Meals, 9.5 oz

I buy many of these Amy's frozen meals, including this Chinese noodles and veggies in a cashew cream sauce, and I appreciate that it's microwavable because I am permanently disabled with a severe traumatic brain injury, and some of the symptoms are extreme sensitivity to heat that can make me very ill and bring on other very debilitating symptoms. So the fact, I don't have to stand over a stove cooking this and that I can easily throw it in the microwave and have it cooked within me minutes is a huge plus to me it's very good quality very good. Taste very nice texture and Amy's frozen meals are always good quality products. I do highly recommend it to others. In this particular one I happen to buy six or more at a time and keeping in my freezer for convenience because I enjoy it on a regular basis.

I've been eating Amy's frozen vegetarian dinners for years now and came across this one just within the past year and love the flavor. Very filling too, which is good, because I'm trying so hard to take off several pounds that I managed to put on due to being slightly disabled nowadays. I'm really glad that my Walmart keeps this, plus many other Amy's dinners in stock, because before I moved, my moved to where I am now, my previous Walmart stopped carrying a lot of Amy's dinners down to mainly just the Mexican meals, which I'm not too fond of. So yay that I found a Walmart that stocked this one again.
