"3 Months. Boraam warrants all products against defects in workmanship or materials for the duration of 90 days from the date of customer purchase. If a product proves to be defective in either materials or workmanship, Boraam will repair product at no charge with new replacement parts. Upon Boraam request, the customer may be required to submit photo to support defective claim. The warranty of any replacement unit will be for the balance of time remaining on the original warranty.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following is not covered under the Boraam limited warranty:
• Damage caused in Commercial use or setting; limited warranty only covers for residential use
• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or accident
• Damage arising from improper assembly
• Damage due to persons use exceeding 220 lbs
• Normal wear and tear

Very satisfied with the purchase
I bought 4 of them in merlot color. My 9 yr old helped me assemble it. It took us on average 30 min to assemble one piece. The key is not to tighten up the screws until the leg frame is put together with the foot rest and spin pad all together. We are very happy with the quality and the look of the chair. I will definitely recommend it.

Better than I expected & delivered early...
I shopped all over for counter height stools for our new kitchen island. Finally settled on 2 of these stools. We bought them and were a little worried after reading reviews. The stools were better than we expected. They came intact with no cracks or breakage. We were able to put the stools together in roughly half an hour. The height is perfect since the stool backs don't detract from the island. I am short and wanted a foot rest that wasn't too far or too close to the seat. I couldn't find the measurement for it online. The top of the foot rail is 7.5"" from the floor, perfect for me. We bought Merlot and have cherry cabinets. It's darker than our cabinets but that's okay.

Beautiful, bbeautiful beautiful!
I love everything about them! They are sturdy ( holds my 260 lb hubby no problem, gorgeous to look at, comfy, and relatively easy to put together! ( I put 4 together by myself in under 2 hours). Would definitely recommend!
