Not pure cotton, runs small

These socks are advertised as “cotton” but feel very much like a nylon sock. The size is labeled ladies 4-10 (shoe size) but my size 8 foot was strangled by these! I had a very hard time getting them on but thought maybe they would loosen up with wear, they did not. I will be donating these to charity. Do not recommend for size 8 or those looking for soft cotton. Will NOT buy again.
