- Over 24 exercises can be performed to include squats, standing and seated military shoulder presses shrugs, upright rows, wide curls, forearm curls, incline bench presses, skull crushers and many others
- 2 Chrome Olympic Weight plate storage posts with a total carrying capacity of 360 pounds
