Caps have been on shelves too long.

Don't waste your money. When I tried to put these caps on, all you could hear was crackling--dry rot. Read return policy. Not worth the money to send back. Some marketplaces Walmart shouldn't use. I'll stick to Walmart brands. I know I can take it back.
