Excellent value

The savings was the deciding factor in buying this phone. I have purchased refurbished in the past and was quite satisfied. This phone met my expectations and beyond. My son did buy me a protective case so if it got dropped it would not so easily break.

Overpriced

The phone had to be reset twice because it kept freezing up after only having it three days. The charger wasnt working and I had to use another charger which made it very slow to charge, taking all day to charge. The price is too much for having issues from the start.
