The scooter is great. The large wheels make me feel better then the small plastic looking ones on some other scooters. They also send a stabilizing wheel for the back if you feel like you need it. If he is going too fast an takes a corner sharp it tilts a bit so just take your time. Other than that i have no issues an thats more of an issue with him and his driving. The basket is the best thing since he cant really carry anything in his hands. It's small enough to move throughout most houses. Not so much the bathrooms but other rooms are fine. It's light and easy to fold down for storage or the trunk of the car.

This was a life saver, perhaps literally. I am 5'3" 120 lbs and 60 yrs. with osteoporosis. I often break the bones in my feet and was put non weight bearing and on crutches for this last rodeo. I have leg weakness due to a spinal injury and did poorly on the crutches, nearly falling several times. This little roller has enabled me to zip around the house with no problem. The basket allows me to carry some things which was an impossibility on the crutches. This Jr. version was just right for my height (I have short legs but my 6' husband could use it too). Our house was designed with a wheelchair in mind and without carpet so there isn't much maneuvering that needs to be done, but it pivots pretty well and the back end is pretty light so it is easy to pick up and move if needed. A bigger person may see a lot of benefit in the extra wheel that comes with it, for me I just keep my knee far enough forward and lean a little forward to alter the center of gravity and it is stable. It arrived right on time.
