SHOCKED, APPALLED,and DISMAYED

This book is appropriately titled and very clevery written. The ideas are creative and useful in writing letters of complaint to get positive results. It is entertaining even if not used for it's purpose. In other words, a thouroughly enjoyable, worthwhile book. I have used several of the formats writing letters and received results.
