The box was dirty and damaged on the outside and inside. The adapter was sealed together with the box with a protective plastic that didn't look like it was done in the factory. The charging wire was lying in the box like somebody just folded it after using it. The plastic that covered the screen had a lot of bubbles and didn't look like the ones on new phones. To sum up, this suggested that the phone had been opened before and possibly used. Had to spend time sending it back and a Walmart employee asked me with surprise “how much did you pay for the phone?“ Then he called his manager and said that I wanted to speak with her. I never requested to speak with the manager. She was helpful. But I will probably not be buying anything from the sellers on Walmart anytime soon.
