Excellent! I have arthritis and past surgeries for carpel tunnel in both hands. This ball is just the right size and being cloth covered it doesn't "stick" to your skin as you work it. I plan to get another one so I have one for both hands. It's wonderful and easy to use as I take my daily walk!
