- PowerMax Strength Bands vary in thickness and width, which determines their resistance. All bands are 41" long, seamless latex rubber, constructed in layers to help prevent breakage. Inspect your bands thoroughly BEFORE EVERY use for any tears, wear, or damage. Bands will eventually wear out and can break over time. Never use a damaged band!
- XX-Light - Provides up to 35lbs of resistance/assistance. .5" Red Band
- X-Light - Provides up to 50lbs of resistance/assistance .75" Orange Band
- Light - Provides up to 65lbs of resistance/assistance. 1" Violet Band
- Medium - Provides up to 80lbs of resistance/assistance. 1.5" Blue Band
- Heavy - Provides up to 150lbs of resistance/assistance. 2" Green Band
- X-Heavy - Provides up to 175lbs of resistance/assistance. 3" Black Band
- Super - Provides upto 200lbs of resistance/assistance. 4" Yellow Band
