Great sub Had defect from Walmart though.

There was one competing speaker that was probably a better choice that this sub. I think it actually may have been the same manufacturer...in any case, these are great subs! Unfortunately one of mine came damaged! Like something had worn through the rubber. But at that point I didn't want to have to send it back (HEY WALMART, GET WITH ME PLEASE!). I have them hooked up to a Power Acoustik 10k amp. I have them just above half power with both wired to 4 ohms I believe. I am obviously using minimum power...but I want longevity out of bothe amp and subs. Great overall! I've never pushed them to limits or even much higher than mid way. They sound great via my setup.
