Beautiful dishes

I was a little nervous purchasing these after the last review said so many had arrived broken, but they look so pretty in the pictures. I bought this set of 45 and 2 companion sets in green, which is actually a pale teal, and just gorgeous! And not a single piece was chipped. 10 Strawberry Street had packed them extremely well in double boxes and some new kind of recyclable packing material, which is a nice idea. The only thing that I do not like are the gold napkin rings. They are a nice size but the gold looks cheap and does not go with the teal at all. Maybe I'll get ambitious one of these days and spray paint them!

Broken Dishes

Looking at how far this set has traveled to get to me I wouldn't have been surprised if SOMETHING broke, but I didn't expect this many thing to be broken. Two bowls, two coffee cups, one dinner plate, and the serving dish all shattered in pieces inside of the box before I even opened it. I honestly think this set is gorgeous but I am extremely unhappy because a lot of things were broken.....
