    Bought the bike at the store already built. Rode it a couple of times and the tires are already going flat. The handle bars are weird too. Feels like I have my hands/ arms turn into my body. Feel like more straight bars would be more comfortable. Like the style and the accessories.

    Damaged on arrival

    Hard to review a product that was damaged upon arrival. Purchase was a gift, so I paid for assembly and delivery to make sure the recipient could use the bike immediately. Unfortunately, the bike the assembly or delivery was flawed and now we have a situation where we have to return the bike and buy it again. I was advised to "pick it up myself" to avoid having this happen again. What a wasteful way to run a company.
