    Dont read instructions, just look at picture

    Everyone is complaining about the instructions... we never looked at them. We had just put together 4 kids bikes in the previous weeks- so we looked at the pic and it made sense. The fabric for the basket is my only complaint. It appears to be removable and actually useable... but stretching it over the basket damaged it. Get it on, and leave it on.. dont fuss with it too much. Mine was shipped to door, put together at home.. no missing pieces, no damaged parts.

    Damaged on arrival

    Hard to review a product that was damaged upon arrival. Purchase was a gift, so I paid for assembly and delivery to make sure the recipient could use the bike immediately. Unfortunately, the bike the assembly or delivery was flawed and now we have a situation where we have to return the bike and buy it again. I was advised to "pick it up myself" to avoid having this happen again. What a wasteful way to run a company.
