Natural Factors Stress-Relax Affron Saffron Extract 28 mg, 30 Vegetarian Capsules

This is one of the BEST if not THE BEST Saffron supplements I buy. I use it not only for me (mid aged f), but my tween daughter, %26 if I give it to nobody else-I make sure my 40ish hubs takes it 2x daily! I thought we'd get divorced when he came off SSRIs, %26 I know, I'm no piece of cake to deal with, but it was bad. I have brain cancer, I've had a craniotomy, and this stuff really helps me regulate my brain chemistry. I just feel better, more to myself. I've read many studies suggesting saffron helps reg the brain's GABA %26 this is a great product! I've bought it for yrs locally, so I was pleased to see I can get it on Walmart $7 cheaper than what I've been paying. I've been doing without a LOT of products in this economy, but saffron isn't one of them. It helps us stay on an even keel, no binge eating, and just gives us a bit more motivation. I'll never go back to big fat pharma if I can help it. I also never write reviews, so please know that Stress Relax Saffron Extract from Natural Factors is completely worth it, imho nurse's opinion %26 brain patient experience. I use many Natural Factors supplements and they are all top notch! I've bought cheaper ones via WM %26 other online distributors, but they aren't worth it. We just take more of the cheap ones.
