The white briefs also offer ConfidenceCuff protection, which seals the area around the legs to avoid leaks. These Attends XL briefs fit waists/hips from 58 inches to 63 inches, and have an elastic fastening panel that ensures a contoured fit. The absorbent briefs have a cloth-like material that is soft, comfortable and doesn't rustle. They also have odor control properties to boost your confidence.
