D-Aspartic Acid Powder by Nutricost is 100% pure D-Aspartic Acid. D-Aspartic Acid is commonly known as D-AA or DAA. D-AA is an amino acid that is used widely in testosterone support supplements. As men age, the testosterone levels lower and the metabolism gets slower. This leads to muscle mass declining and fat tissues becoming more prevalent on the body. Great stuff! Great Price
For me, this product has worked great! It helps with recovery, energy and my strength gains when working out and has helped get my testosterone levels back in line. As someone who hasn't been 21 in quite some time, I knew I needed something to help counter the natural decline in those levels. I use 2 scoops every morning first thing... I try to do that about 30 min before breakfast. I'll update again in the future if anything changes for the worse, but so far I'm very pleased with this DAA.

I really love this stuff. And one jar last such a long time. It definitely gives me a boost. I use it as an energy drink replacement. Or I add it in my bcaa during a workout. Also I am 33 years old
