Berkley Flicker Shad Fishing Lure, Slick Firetiger, 5/16 oz

The Berkley Flicker Shad proved to be the cat's "meow" this week during 3 days of pulling cranks. During these 3 days we pulled many different varieties of crank baits, 90% of the fish we caught were on the Flicker Shad. The Flicker Shad preformed extremely well, I will not be on the lake without them in the future.

Regardless of any size Flicker Shad or Flicker Minnow Crankbait you want to talk about, you will not get a better crankbait bait on the market, for the money. They are just as good at catching fish, whether you are casting and retrieving or trolling with them. When properly tuned, you can't ask for a better action in a crankbait, They have been designed to catch fish and they do, plenty of them. Plus, they keep up with the times, like modifying them with the Mustad KVD Elite Triple Grip Treble hooks. What an improvement for getting more fish to the boat and into the net. Berkley offers so many sizes, finishes and models, for both the Flicker Shad and the Flicker Minnow, that it's enough to make up your swim and not just the fish. I can't prove it for a fact, but I would venture to say that the Berkley Crankbait outfishes many other well known baits on the market today. Now that's just my opinion and you can take it for what it's worth, if you wish. But i have fish in my freezer, year around. These baits were produced for what they were designed to do...catch fish. That's why I go fishing and that is to catch fish. Not to set in the boat all day and wet a line for just the fun of it. Don't just take my word for it.Try them out, for yourself and find out how great of a crankbait they really are. I don't work for Berkley, honest I don't, as it might sound in my review.
