We smoke beef, pork, turkey, chicken and fish. Starting with Kingsford makes it easy to get the heat to the correct temperature. Temperature is well maintained by adding the wood and a few additional coals as we go through the 4 to 12 hours process. Great product

It's really great price for this product. I've always used Kingsford charcoal for bar-b-quing and this is the best price I've ever seen it fore. I bought 6 of the 2 count 19.5 packages at the discounted price and now will have enough to get me through this fall and winter with enough left over to do some spring cook too.
