All sets include a 28.5mm (1-1/8") D x 86-1/8"L Olympic bar made to AAU/WF specifications with bronze bushing for smooth sleeve rotation. Sets include spring lock collars and Olympic plates with gray acrylic hammertone finish marked in pounds and kilos.

A Perfect Fit

This product is excellent for a good home workout. It is sturdy, versatile, and visually appealing. The bar can serve as a starting point for those who have been away for the gym, or as a test weight for new exercises to add to one's routines. The total weight is good for setting a goal for yourself and the weight incriments are sweet for building up to maximum presses! Enjoy this product. I'm enjoying mine, already!

An Excellent Weight Set

I am very, very happy with this bar and weights! When it arrived it exceeded my expectations. The bar is full Olympic size - 7 feet long and 50 pounds. It was very well constructed, as good as anything you can find in a gym. My only complaint is that the spring clips that secure the weights on the bar are a little tight, but I imagine they will loosen up in time. It came with about 250 pounds of weights. The weight plates were a bit thicker and smaller in diameter than the plates I am used to, but the weight is the same. They are well made and I am pleased. If you are looking for a bench to go along with this bar and weights, may I recommend the Gold's Gym XRS20. I purchased it and have been well pleased. I expect this bar and weight set to last a lifetime, and I am glad to recommend it to others!
