Having used this lure, l can truly say it is a very versatile tool for bass. Using different retrieves, you can vary the sound it makes. You have to experiment. I have been able to get it to sound like a feeding fish striking a bait on the surface which started a feeding frenzy that lasted 20 minutes. I have added a feathered treble hook to a couple of them for when the fish weren't biting it bare....works really well.
