I purchased for my 9yo daughter who have a VIT D deficiency. She loves them because they are gummies and don't have to worry about taking a pill. Since taking them I have seen an improvement in her blood work. She's love that there is no weird after taste. Side note I taken a couple myself. Definitely will purchase again

My husband and I were informed that our four-year-old son was low in Vitamin D. Our son's neurologist suggested that he take 2000 IU. Our son loves the flavor and has no issues taking them daily. Within a couple days, we noticed a difference. Sleeping has always been a challenge for him, and he sleeps all night now, whereas before he would wake up in the middle of the night.
