Mepilex Silicone Foam Dressing is suitable for a wide range of wounds such as venous leg, pressure, and diabetic ulcers. This soft and highly conformable foam dressing maintains a moist wound environment while effectively absorbing exudate thus ensuring a low risk of maceration. Its Safetac technology prevents Mepilex from sticking to the wound bed yet adheres gently to the surrounding skin allowing easy application of secondary fixation, and it ensures the dressing can be changed without damaging the wound or surrounding skin or subjecting the patient to additional pain.
