Wonderful product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boiron Coffea cruda has helped me with occasional sleeplessness, especially when my mind is racing. I find it calms that “wired but tired” feeling and helps me wind down without any grogginess the next morning. I usually take it about an hour before bed if I know I've had a high-stimulation day. It's subtle but noticeable. Took off one star just because it doesn't work every single time for me—but when it does, it's amazing.

When I woke up I felt good. I wasn't groggy like other products. I didn't have jitters either
