I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early, expecting to only sit for 10 minutes. There was one other car being worked on %26 3 empty bays. 12 minutes after my appointment time was when the first person came %26 spoke to me. After being seen everything else went smoothly, staff were courteous and very helpful. The tires were exactly what I wanted and the ride home was as smooth as a baby's bottom. I like the tires, quite ride, great price. My car was slightly scratched during the tire installation, i did not notice it right away, and wasn't told by mechanic that performed the job. Check your car after service. Just FYI.
